About the Role
The Salesforce Delivery Chapter Coordinator supports the shaping, coordination, development and implementation across the Salesforce ecosystem. You work across squads and stakeholders, providing governance, supplier administration and acting as a trusted technical leader.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation and maintenance of delivery plans and supporting documentation.
* Liaise with key stakeholders, ensuring plans developed, maintained and actions progressed effectively.
* Assist with production and presentation of technical delivery information for appropriate groups and boards.
* Provide escalation and end‑to‑end management for all Salesforce delivery, including governance actions, data protection, AI processes.
* Support management of budget spend, insight and reporting at regular reviews, managing risks and escalating priorities to Salesforce lead roles.
* Provide administrative support to governance committees and meetings, ensuring key actions captured and progressed.
* Carry out research, data analysis and process redesign as required.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures with a DevOps mindset.
* Ensure all information security and data protection requirements are met.
* Respond flexibly to changes in work priorities and undertake other duties to support squad operations.
Essential Qualifications
* Experience of DevOps practices and technical IT delivery.
* Proven track record in a technical IT delivery support role.
* Experience analysing data and business processes.
* In-depth understanding of technical delivery project and programme approaches.
* Structured approach to issue resolution and prioritisation.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Jira.
* Understanding of RAID log maintenance.
* Results oriented with confidence and ownership of tasks.
* Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work at all levels.
* Initiative and proposal of solutions to identified issues.
* Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, deliver strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
* Excellent team player, flexible to business requirements.
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience delivering technical product change within a complex, multi‑site organisation.
* Excellent understanding of Agile delivery methods and Lean practices.
* Salesforce certifications or Trailhead awards.
* Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, testing and release management.
