Project Geologist London £32,000 - £40,000 We are currently working with a well-established and growing ground investigation contractor in London who are looking to bring on an experienced Project Geologist to support a strong pipeline of infrastructure, residential, and commercial projects across the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for a geologist with around 3 years' experience in ground investigation who is ready to step up into a more project-led role, with increased responsibility and clear progression. The Role You will be responsible for managing ground investigation projects from planning through to delivery, working closely with clients, site teams, and senior engineers. Key responsibilities include: Managing and coordinating site investigations (trial pits, boreholes, site supervision) Logging soil and rock to BS5930 standards Overseeing subcontractors including drilling crews and laboratories Preparing factual and interpretative reports Conducting risk assessments and ensuring health & safety compliance on site Liaising directly with clients and providing technical updates Assisting in project planning, budgeting, and delivery to deadlines Requirements Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related field ~3 years' experience within ground investigation Strong knowledge of site investigation techniques and logging Experience producing or contributing to GI report...
