Our client is fast growing property company with ambitious expansion plans for the future. They have a unique opportunity for an Onboarding Manager to join their conveyancing division, based in their new offices located in the heart of Hale village.
As Onboarding manager, the purpose of the role is to facilitate the smooth transition of clients to ensure that the conveyancing process can run as efficiently as possible. We are looking for a highly professional candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills, ideally someone from a customer service focussed property related background, who can explain the onboarding process to clients in simple terms. They will need to encourage clients to complete the ID checks as quickly as possible, having the patients to take clients through the process step by step, especially to those who might find modern technology a little bit tricky!
You will then be responsible for completing the pre check files, making sure that they are fully compliant and ready to begin the legal process.
Your role will be busy and challenging, dealing with approximately 10 new cases to onboard a day. We are looking for an extremely customer focussed candidate, with meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisation skills and a confident and direct approach to customers.
The role will be based in the Hale office, working Monday to Friday 8.45-5.30pm. Our client is offering a salary of £27,000 - £30,000 plus benefits.
