Role
The Quality Director will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies, overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance, applying continuous improvement and LEAN methodologies, maintaining a trajectory of zero external defects and on-time delivery, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. The role involves leading a talented team of quality and technical professionals.
Person
We seek a strong Quality professional with a proven track record in managing a Quality function within a manufacturing or engineering business. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background and knowledge in engineering, with significant experience in driving process improvements and fostering a robust quality culture backed by KPIs. This role is customer-centric, supporting the Global Commercial Director in NPI and customer relations. The candidate should be a driven, energetic leader capable of communicating confidently across all levels and integrating quality into all aspects of the business. As part of the company's talent pipeline and succession planning, the candidate should understand how the quality function contributes to overall business growth and actively support strategic initiatives.
