This exciting role will be offered on a permanent basis, with a hybrid working model. You will be require to work three days a week in the clients office in Bedford. Key Responsibilities: -Lead the design and delivery of infrastructure projects, including roads and drainage. -Produce drawings, calculations, and specs using Civil 3D and MicroDrainage. -Manage and mentor junior engineers and technicians. -Coordinate with clients, contractors, local authorities, and internal teams. -Prepare technical reports, including Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies. -Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and regulatory standards.
