This role is ideal for Service Engineers, Plant Engineers, Senior Fitters, and Lead Engineers who are ready to step up, take ownership, and manage a skilled team. What's On Offer Up to £50,000 basic salary car allowance 25 days holiday bank holidays your birthday off Monday-Friday schedule - evenings and weekends free Full benefits package and genuine career progression Your Role Lead, manage, and supervise a team of fitters, engineers, and service technicians Plan and oversee all workshop operations, including repairs, maintenance, and workflow scheduling Mentor and train engineers, sharing your expertise to build a stronger, more skilled team Monitor performance, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement Take full ownership of workshop efficiency, productivity, and success Who You Are Experienced as a Plant Mechanic, Senior Engineer, Lead Fitter, or Service Engineer Proven ability to manage, supervise, or mentor a team of engineers Strong technical knowledge of plant machinery, hydraulics, and mechanical systems Organised, proactive, and confident making operational decisions Full UK driving licence (max 3 points)You've mastered the technical side - now lead others to do the same.
