A large regional firm in Truro is looking for an Accounts & Business Advisory professional to work with a diverse client base. This is a role with variety, responsibility, and clear progression. The firm invests in its people and the team culture is collaborative and supportive. Hybrid working with 2-3 days in a modern office environment.
The Role
* Prepare statutory accounts and management information for a varied client portfolio
* Deliver business advisory services and provide strategic support to clients
* Build and manage client relationships, acting as their day-to-day contact
* Identify opportunities to add value and support business growth
* Supervise and develop junior team members
* Work collaboratively with partners and managers across the practice
About You
* ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified (or nearing qualification)
* Solid experience in practice accounts and advisory work
* Technically capable and client-focused
* Ready to take on more responsibility and develop your career
* Able to manage your own workload and support others effectively
