Are you an experienced Registered Nurse or Health Professional passionate about making a difference? Join our dynamic Clinical Skills and Simulation Team as a Practice Trainer within the Northern Care Alliance (NCA) Care Organisation.

About The Role:

* Full-time (37.5 hours) – Part-time options available
* Develop and enhance your clinical and teaching skills as a Band 6 Practice Trainer
* Support and train staff to deliver the highest quality patient care across the Trust

What You’ll Do:

* Deliver ward-based and classroom training across the NCA
* Support staff in developing vital clinical skills such as Tracheotomy, ECG, Venepuncture, Patient Observations, IV Therapy, and Acute Illness Management (AIM)
* Lead courses on important topics like Sepsis and Deteriorating Patient Care
* Travel across different locations within the Trust to meet service needs
* Maintain meticulous records and complete learning needs analyses
* Liaise with key stakeholders to improve patient outcomes and experience

* Participate in peer reviews to uphold high standards
* Support staff in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate patient care
* Maintain accurate training records and complete learning needs analyses
* Generate reports and liaise with key stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness
* Deliver ward-based training and develop new courses aligned with service requirements

* Strong communication and collaboration skills
