Location & Hours
Location: Site Based in Weybridge, Surrey.
Hours: Full-time, permanent. Flexible start and finish times can be discussed.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Electrical Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch electrical installations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Leading electrical installations, ensuring safety, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery.
* Guiding and mentoring supervisors, fostering a collaborative "one team" approach.
* Coordinating with Engineers and Project Managers for seamless project delivery.
* Managing quality control procedures and maintaining accurate progress records.
* Identifying risks and providing creative solutions to challenges.

* You possess strong technical knowledge of electrical services installation and safety, supported by relevant industry qualifications.
* You hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation.
* You enjoy building relationships and connecting with team members.
