Position: Refuse Loader
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (first 12 weeks) rising to £13.47 after 12 consecutive weeks
Overtime: Bank Holidays paid at double time
Start Date: Immediate, Apply now! (Applications close Friday 27th February 2026)
Hours: Monday to Friday, minimum 37.5 hours per week
What you'll be doing:
Working as part of a friendly waste management crew
Lifting and loading waste containers throughout the day
Enjoying the fresh air while helping keep the community tidy
What we're looking for:
Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
Reliable and punctual
A great team player with good communication skills
Happy to work outdoors in all weather
