Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site MIT/Assistant Manager position based in Bristol-Hengrove. Our primary aim is to create and serve high-quality pizzas swiftly while caring for our loyal customers and efficiently leading a large team. The MIT/Assistant Manager will be accountable for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enforcing company policies. He/She will also assist with inventory management, training, and maintaining a tidy and organised store environment as per OER standards.
Qualifications

* Customer Service and Problem-Solving Skills
* Minimum 1-year QSR experience required
* A passion for inspiring and developing our team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Has a minimum of 2 years of hands-on food experience
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Performance measured on store KPI's: Food Cost, Labour Cost, Service, OER standards, Product Quality, and People Development
* Is available evenings, weekends and late nights as per the needs of the business
