Main Purpose of the Role
* Work closely with management and key stakeholders to maintain and improve business information systems.
* Develop a strong understanding of operational processes and business requirements.
* Lead and support requirements - gathering sessions with stakeholders.
* Scope, design and present technical solutions to business challenges.
* Implement solutions across a range of technologies in line with agreed specifications.
* Deliver training workshops on new and updated systems.
* Engage and manage third-party partners where appropriate for issue resolution and project support.
* Maintain accurate documentation and a comprehensive knowledge base of systems and processes.
* Act as a technical escalation point for the ICT team.
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement.
Key Technical Skills
* Microsoft Power Platform (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate).
* C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework (EF).
* SQL Server.
Desirable
* VB.NET and VBA (Excel).
* Power BI.
