Are you an experienced Training & Competence (T&C) Supervisor that enjoys getting the best out of Mortgage Advisers?

We’re hiring a Mortgage & Protection T&C Supervisor to work closely with advisers — coaching, mentoring and raising the bar across the board.
Responsibilities:
* Coaching advisers to improve performance and outcomes
* Reviewing files, running observations & delivering 1:1s
* Leading training on products, regulation & best practice
* Ensuring everything aligns with FCA, T&C & Consumer Duty
Experience required:
* CeMAP (or equivalent)
* Solid knowledge of MCOB / ICOBS / T&C frameworks
* Experience supporting, coaching or supervising advisers
* Strong communication and a real passion for developing people
