Overview
Location: Gayton Road, Pentney
We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team at Norfolk Woods Resort in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. This is a permanent, part-time position working 16 hours across 2 variable days, including weekends and bank holidays. The hourly rate is £12.21 plus commission. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

Responsibilities
* Perform a range of treatments on guests from the treatment menu, with the majority being massage based.
* Answer queries and book appointments; advise guests on suitable treatments.
* Ensure the salon is appealing to guests and actively promote the spa.
* Upsell beauty products and treatments where appropriate.
* Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
* Previous salon experience is desirable.
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy is essential.
* Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
