What you will do
* Lead and manage the Children and Families Team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Supervise, support, and develop a dedicated team of Social Workers.
* Ensure adherence and improvement to statutory duties and child services.
* Conduct court work and oversee cases involving Child Protection, Children in Need, and Children in Care.
* Balance working from home and office, particularly focusing initially on building team cohesion.
* Enable face-to-face interactions with children while adhering to current safety protocols.
Requirements of the Team Manager
* Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
* Current Social Work England registration.
* Relevant managerial experience, such as TM, DTM, or ATM roles.
* Significant frontline experience in Adult or Children’s Services as a Team Manager.
