Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Channel Partner Sales Manager to lead and grow our network of revenue-sharing partners, including poker schools, influencers, and communities. This role serves as the single point of contact for all B2B2C channel activities—driving partner acquisition, accelerating go-to-market strategies, and delivering performance excellence through partner enablement and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel & Partner Management
* Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all poker schools participating in the revenue-share program.
* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with poker schools and other learning platforms.
* Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new schools are fully operational on time and in full, adhering to structured implementation plans.
* Monitor and accelerate the transition from onboarding to active revenue generation, removing roadblocks and optimizing workflows.
2. Influencer & Referral Channel Development
* Identify, recruit, and manage key poker influencers and content creators for targeted referral programs.
* Collaborate on co-branded campaigns, challenges, and events that drive awareness and engagement.
* Track and report the impact of influencer efforts, optimizing performance through data-driven recommendations.
3. Partner Sales Strategy & Enablement
* Design and implement partner enablement plans, including training, promotional material, and co-selling resources.
* Collaborate with internal teams to build co-branded content and engagement activities.
* Ensure partner sales pipelines are healthy and partners are equipped with the tools needed to convert users effectively.
4. Channel Performance & Reporting
* Deliver monthly and quarterly performance dashboards for both partner schools and influencer campaigns.
* Analyze channel-specific KPIs such as acquisition cost, retention rate, and revenue contribution.
* Recommend and implement quarterly plans to address underperformance and boost growth through data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
* 3+ years of experience in channel partner management or B2B2C Sales, or SaaS business development.
* Mandatory experience and knowledge in Poker or Poker solvers and understanding of poker ecosystems and online training platforms.
* Experience in gaming, EdTech, or subscription-based SaaS.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and cross-functional coordination.
* Strong project management and organizational skills; able to meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.
* Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and analytical tools for monitoring channel performance.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Zoho).
* Comfort with analytics tools and performance dashboards to extract insights.
