Job Overview
We are seeking candidates with experience in the caring profession or national vocational qualifications to join our Nursing Team on ward 9, Glan Clwyd Hospital. Successful applicants will receive induction training and a permanent Band 2 Healthcare Assistant contract.
Main Duties
Join our Gastroenterology Team on ward 9 to assist registered nurses and practitioners in delivering evidence‑based care. Duties include:
* Delivering patient care as documented in the nursing care plan.
* Carrying out a wide range of duties under the supervision of a registered nurse for the duration of the shift.
* Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, engaging with patients, families and carers.
We provide a supportive learning environment with mandatory and statutory training, paid study leave, and access to in‑house training. Career pathways exist for clinical or academic progression.
Welsh speaking is desirable; non‑Welsh speakers are welcome.
