Provide high-quality, person-centered care in line with best practices, policies, and regulations under the guidance of the General Manager. Support residents in maintaining their skills and personal interests while ensuring care is tailored to their individual needs. Stay up to date with training and development to maintain high quality standards of care. Ensure residents are at the heart of care delivery, respecting their wishes and preferences.
Always maintain high care standards.
Safeguard the well-being of residents.
Keep accurate records on the PCS system during care delivery.
Support residents with personal care, hygiene, and overall well-being.
Act quickly to address any health, safety, or well-being concerns.
Dispense medication following company policies.
Good English written and verbal communication skills
Experience of working in a care environment
