Dates: 26th January to 13th February
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: £12.50 per hour
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist / Front of House Administrator to provide holiday cover at a busy site in Louth.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, responsible, and well organised, as you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will be working independently on the reception desk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Booking visitors in and out of the site
* Ensuring visitor inductions are completed
* Distributing uniforms and PPE to employees
* Receiving and processing deliveries
* Arranging post and courier collections
* Coordinating meeting room bookings
* Distributing office supplies and stationery
