Play a key role in connecting employers and apprentices.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Employee Relationship Support Administrator to join our Employer Relationships team. In this role, you will liaise with employers and potential apprentices, manage recruitment processes, and provide excellent administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Essential Criteria
1. GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
2. Previous experience working in an office environment
3. Advanced computer skills, including word processing, databases and spreadsheets
4. Strong organisational and record-keeping skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
5. Excellent communication skills for handling face-to-face and telephone enquiries
Key Responsibilities
6. Liaise with employers and team members to manage apprenticeship vacancies
7. Post job adverts on the Digital Apprenticeship Service portal and monitor applications
8. Communicate with employers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
9. Maintain accurate records in the client management system (CRM)
10. Support the Employer Relationship team with general administration and event activities
