This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving performance, supporting strategic decisions, and delivering real impact across operational and commercial teams.
As the Finance Business Partner, youll act as the key financial link between Finance and the wider business providing insight, analysis, and challenge to help shape business outcomes and ensure robust financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. As Finance Business Partner, prepare accurate monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and insightful commentary.
2. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for designated business areas.
3. Partner with cost centre owners to support effective financial planning and control.
4. Analyse product costing, margins, and profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
5. Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis to support business cases and investment decisions.
6. Contribute to year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements.
