Bookings Coordinator

Salary: £23,500 – £27,000
Hours: 08:45 – 17:00
Hybrid: WFH Wednesdays once trained

Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with talent and clients by phone and email
* Support senior coordinators and directors
* Bookings using a digital scheduling system
* Provide quotes and negotiate fees
* Generate and chase invoices and financial info
* Review contracts and flag amendments
* Monitor potential delays and issues
* Test communication/recording software
* Data entry into CMS and website
* Proofread, correct and publish content
* Organise media assets and track outstanding items
* Maintain accurate records and folders
Skills & Abilities:
* Excellent communication and written English
* Strong numeracy
* Confident negotiator
* High attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritise
* Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office and Mac
* Organised, proactive and collaborative
* Interest in the creative/voiceover industry
