The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Work one‑to‑one and/or in small groups with key children who have EHCPs (Educational Health Care Plans). Support the inclusion, engagement and progression of students with additional learning needs. Collaborate closely with teaching staff, SENCo and other support colleagues to deliver tailored interventions and monitor progress.
