Day to day duties
* Act as the first point of contact for clients and team members.
* Respond to and resolve enquiries received via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide general clerical support to the bespoke Personal Tax Team.
* Prepare and produce documents using various internal systems.
* Handle sensitive and confidential documents, including scanning, uploading, filing, storage, and postal returns, in line with GDPR and company policies.
* Manage workload effectively to meet tight deadlines and departmental targets.
* Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced team environment.
* Prior knowledge of CCH software is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
What are we looking for?
* No day is ever the same and therefore a self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative will be well rewarded within this position.
* Either worked in a similar role, or who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is essential.
* Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a measured and logical approach.
* Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes.
* Be able to build relationships and feel like a key member of our family.
