Fast Fit Centre Manager-Busy Service Centre in Leeds
1. Basic Salary-Up to £37,000.00
2. OTE- £42,000.00 (Quarterly bonus and Performance Bonus)
3. Hours- Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30, Saturdays 08:00-17:00 on a Rota basis.
Our nationwide client is actively searching for an experienced Fast-Fit Centre Manager to join their busy Leeds site and help to drive the performance of the business and strive to work on improvements to increase productivity whilst sustaining a sustainable workflow through the workshop.
Our client, established in 2008, have 30 autocentres across the UK. They offer simple pricing and service packages to their customers. They pride themselves on their customer satisfaction and continue to develop their staff to ensure a consistent approach to all customer requests. Always aiming to exceed expectations.
The key responsibilities of a Fast Fit Centre Manager will include:
4. Being proactive in exceeding sales and operating targets/budgets.
5. Ensuring quality and consistency is maintained within customer service.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
7. Managing any customers complaints and ensuring these are dealt with promptly and correctly.
8. Effectively managing the team to build a strong reputation for our brand.
9. Managing all stock ordering.
10. Involvement in all PR/Marketing and development of the centre to raise the business profile.
What the ideal Fast Fit Centre Manager will have:
11. Full UK driving licence.
12. 3 years of management experience.
13. 2 years of automotive experience would be preferred.
14. Track record of managing customer relations and being in control of a small team.
15. Experience in a Fast Fit Centre, would be desirable.
