Job Specification: Senior Account Executive - Payments Company (London based company but they are open to fully remote candidates)
Salt have partnered with a Payments company in London who are looking to hire an Account Executive / Senior Account Executive to support them with their growth plans this year. Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management:
* Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored payment solutions and recommendations.
* Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
* Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends.
* Educate clients on the benefits and features of our payment solutions to drive adoption and usage.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
* Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and market intelligence.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and colleagues.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
