Business Development Manager

Our team of Business Development Managers are an integral part of the business and key to our growth strategy. You will receive an excellent onboarding programme and ongoing support, training, and development as your career progresses.
Key responsibilities:
* Ensure sales and revenue targets are agreed in line with company objectives, encourage/support local activity, and KPI reporting to ensure these targets are met.
* Research and identify key prospects from spend trends using all available tools.
* Plan, devise, and deliver successful sales strategies and growth plans.
* Follow up on marketing campaigns and ensure pipelines are being fulfilled.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop cohesive working relationships.
* Implement sales policies and procedures to meet targets.
* Raise awareness of the brand and attend networking events.
* Identify new clients through our processes and your experience, converting opportunities into customers.
* Develop and broaden relationships with existing customers to maximize sales penetration.
What experience and qualities are we looking for?
* Results-driven individual with industry knowledge to understand customer problems and create solutions with team support.
* Proven sales experience with personal targets.
* Minimum one year of telesales experience.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow the business.
* Proven track record in new business development.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to undertake travel.
* Open and likeable personality with honesty and integrity.
* Autonomous with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM software.
You will need a full driving licence, and the hours are full-time, Monday to Friday.
