The Quality Assurance Programs team is responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance process, establishing, maintaining, and socialising the required IFP (International Family Care & professional) QMS standards, procedures, processes and forms which make up the IFP QMS. This role also ensures effective design to commercialisation life-cycle quality management activities are in place for all IFP product categories across the end-to-end supply chain so required product quality performance and regulatory compliance is achieved. This role will be responsible for but not limited to: * Ensure QMS standards, processes, and practices meet Kimberly-Clark and external stakeholder requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, 13485, 22716). * Participate in global project teams to develop global standards. * Incorporate Enterprise Quality Management System documents and processes into the IFP Quality Management System. * Collaborate with customers, authorities, external auditors, or other stakeholders to demonstrate QMS effectiveness and compliance. * Achieve in-market quality performance and regulatory compliance for assigned product categories and platforms. * Lead the development of goals, targets, and outcomes for new product development and product design changes. * Interface with R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Distribution for new product introductions and changes to existing products. * Drive resolution for Quality nonconformances, consumer and customer complaints, significant quality events * Develop and execute quality programs, initiatives, and targets to achieve product quality performance and regulatory compliance. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: * A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, typically science or engineering and / or significant quality management experience. * 10 years + experience in a QMS, Supplier or Manufacturing Quality role or a Research & Engineering product role. * Working knowledge and experience with products requiring compliance to various regulatory or other technical requirements. * Working knowledge on establishing and maintaining an effective Quality Management System. * A recognized quality management qualification is desirable such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer / Quality Manager / Auditor or CQI Chartered Quality Management Professional * Internal or Lead Auditor qualification is desirable. * Experience of quality in Cosmetics, Biocides, Consumer Products, B2B or similar environment would be preferred.
