Job Description
As a key member of the Ports, Coastal and Offshore (PCO) team, you will influence the success of our projects by contributing to outcomes that exceed our clients’ expectations. You will lead and support projects focused on coastal resilience, climate adaptation and maritime infrastructure, including economic and feasibility assessments, coastal processes, metocean and hydrodynamic investigations, asset management and detailed design and construction documentation.
Essential Qualifications
* A Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical equivalent.
* Experience working in Coastal Engineering within a consultancy environment.
* Demonstrated project leadership.
* Strong written communication skills and comfort in producing reports and delivering presentations.
* Experience delivering coastal engineering projects using innovative and digitally driven techniques.
Desirable Qualifications
* Business development experience, including client liaison and bid preparation.
* Chartered status with a relevant professional institution such as ICE, IStructE, CIWEM (or equivalent experience).
* Willingness to travel overseas for project assignments when required.
* Project management skills and experience, comfortable networking and collaborating with multi‑disciplinary teams, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
