This role is pivotal in helping us provide homes that customers are proud to live in — homes that support families and enable them to achieve their aspirations.
You will also be responsible for auditing survey reports, delivering training, improving team productivity, and collaborating with colleagues across investment, delivery, and development teams to identify systemic failures and ensure best practice is applied across the business.
