Overview
Barchester Healthcare is the only care provider to be accredited as one of the best companies to work for in the UK, and they are recruiting to their expanding accounts team in Inverness. The successful candidate will join an established team to support General Managers across 250+ care homes to understand and question their management accounts.
Responsibilities
* Generate and distribute management accounts to around 20 nursing homes using the company's internal systems
* Review expenditure with home Administrators on a monthly basis
* Analyze all P&L transactions
* Reconcile home credit cards and personal allowances
Qualifications
* Accounts qualification (you do not need to be a qualified accountant)
* Ability to recognise anomalies in financial reports
