Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain design standards for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering.
* Review and update building design criteria and guidelines to align with industry standards.
* Document and standardize engineering specifications.
* Create and maintain technical documentation for standards and procedures.
Sustainability and Technical Support:
* Evaluate and recommend sustainable design solutions.
* Assess energy efficiency opportunities and propose improvements.
* Analyze building performance data to optimize systems.
* Drive innovation in sustainable building technologies.
Design Review and Quality Control:
* Review design submissions for compliance with standards.
* Provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
* Ensure designs meet sustainability and performance targets.
* Validate engineering calculations and specifications.
Professional Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* Professional Engineering certification preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in MEP design.
* Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
* Experience with sustainable design principles and green certifications.
* Proficiency in relevant design software.
