Job Overview
* Deliver sales growth and increase market share
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders (consultants, nurses, pharmacy teams)
* Develop and implement strategic key account plans across your territory
* Identify and develop new business opportunities while protecting existing accounts
* Analyse territory performance and provide regular business updates
* Engage with KOLs and decision-makers to influence treatment pathways
To be Successful
* Proven pharmaceutical sales experience within Bone Health
* Strong hospital / secondary care experience
* Excellent selling, influencing, and negotiation skills
* Highly organised with strong planning and territory management capability
* Commercial mindset with strong analytical thinking
* Confident communicator with high emotional intelligence
