WELLBEING AND RECOVERY WORKER - WELLNESS IN MIND, NEWARK, PERMANENT, 22HPW, GRADE 4 CORE £27,500, FTE
Framework is seeking a Wellbeing and Recovery Worker to join their Mental Health and Wellbeing team (Wellness in Mind), delivering specialist mental health psychoeducation and support to adults in Nottinghamshire. The service offers self-referral support to adults experiencing difficulties with their mental health and prides itself on a personalised, trauma-informed approach.
The successful candidate will deliver a range of mental health interventions to a diverse client base and work in partnership with service users to provide support tailored to their needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to developing a new mental wellbeing service for Nottinghamshire. Training opportunities will be provided.
The candidate should have a good understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with mental or emotional wellbeing issues, gained through professional or lived experience. Compassion, active listening skills, and confidence in handling complex disclosures are essential.
