Overview
Customer Success Manager | Transportation Innovator | Series A. We’re working with a fast-growing SaaS disrupting how critical Public Transport services are managed, bringing clarity, speed, and smart decision-making to a complex industry. The platform enables transport and logistics companies to connect IoT data into a single model of assets and services to predict near-future state and determine actions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. The role is based in London with hybrid work options.
What you’ll be doing
* Visit transport command centres around the UK where the product is used to lead trainings and help operators get the most out of the platform.
* Help the company scale its customer operations as it grows across the UK and Europe.
* Lead onboarding, training, and support for new and existing customers.
* Hands-on troubleshooting of implementations and workflows.
* Build lasting relationships with transport leaders and technical teams.
* Translate complex user needs into clear product feedback.
* You have 3+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, Project Management at a SaaS company with hands-on experience addressing client challenges.
* You’re technically literate—comfortable learning new tools and explaining them simply.
* You enjoy solving real problems with real people—especially in complex, high-stakes industries.
* You have a bias toward ownership, autonomy, and action.
* You communicate clearly and with empathy—especially when things go sideways.
* Ideally some experience in transport, or at least a passion for the space.
* Join a mission-led team working on meaningful, city-shaping problems.
* Be an early account team hire with ownership over developing systems, strategy, and success.
* Collaborate directly with experienced founders who care deeply about user experience.
* Hybrid-friendly, office in central London.
Qualifications
* 3+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Project Management within a SaaS environment.
* Strong client-facing, onboarding, and training capabilities.
* Technical literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly.
* Experience or strong interest in transport/logistics is a plus.
* Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
