The Registered Children’s Home Manager will:

Create and refine home structures.
Recruit and train staff to build a strong, supportive team.
Establish a warm, high-quality environment that meets the needs of children and young people.
Oversee the submission for OFSTED registration, ensuring compliance with current legislation.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Children’s Home Manager role will have:

A Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare).
A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare.
A full UK Driving License.
Excellent knowledge of current legislation.
