Looking to gain school-based experience as a Teaching Assistant? A forward-thinking secondary school in Enfield is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to provide classroom and 1:1 support.
About the Role:
1. Work across KS3 and KS4 supporting pupils in class.
2. Provide additional help to students with SEN or learning barriers.
3. Assist teachers with lesson delivery and behaviour management.
4. Encourage students to stay engaged and motivated in learning.
Person Profile:
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Previous TA or youth work experience is advantageous.
7. Graduates interested in education careers welcome.
8. Patient, flexible and able to work as part of a school team.
