Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a specialist M&E company who are looking to appointment a Quantity Surveyor OR Senior Quantity Surveyor.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional company in a purely work from home role within reasonable travelling distance of Nottingham.
The QS/Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:
* Managing all commercial aspects of projects
* Providing contractual advice to the wider business and installation teams
* Preparing and submitting payment applications
* Assessing and setting up sub-contractor applications and payments
* Managing risks and contractual changes
* Administering commercial and contractual aspects of projects providing KPI’s and financial reports.
The QS/Senior Quantity Surveyor will need:
* Previous experience working as a QS or Senior QS
* Experience of M&E works either on their own or as part of a project
* Good experience of JCT and/or NEC contracts
* Strong CVR and cashflow management experience
* Good communication skills with the ability to influence
* Experience of managing and delivering multiple projects
