The ideal Sous Chef candidate will:-
* Collaborates with the head chef to direct food preparation. Ensure consistency and quality in every dish
* Oversees and supervises the kitchen staff. Leads the kitchen team in Head chef's absence.
* Assists with menu planning, inventory, and supply management
* Meets high standards of food hygiene and professionalism and trains team to learn new cooking techniques.
