RBH have a fantastic opportunity for a PMO & Governance Support Analyst to work closely with project teamsand stakeholders to provide a full PMO experience across the portfolio, to ensure that discipline and rigour are maintained through the project lifecycle.

About the role:
This is a role for someone who thrives on logic, order and bringing structure to fast-moving environments. It provides a unique opportunity to support every project within the portfolio by understanding how they interact, and depend on each other for successful outcomes.
You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our projects are delivered with clarity, control and confidence. Working within the Business Improvements team, you’ll translate data into meaningful insight and uphold the governance standards that keep our portfolio on track.
What we are looking for:
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Powerpoint and Teams.
* Familiarity with governance frameworks and decision-making processes.
* Experience with Risk and Issue management; Benefits management and tracking.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and requirements
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including project managers, IT specialists, and other change professionals.
