Role To support students aged 11-19 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in accessing a broad, balanced, and inclusive curriculum. The SEN Teaching Assistant will work under the direction of teaching staff and the SENCO to provide tailored academic, social, emotional, and behavioural support to enable students to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Student Support - Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and physical needs. Person Specification Essential - Experience working with young people aged 11-19.
