This growing local organisation which has been established for many years is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Business Analyst to join their team and contribute towards their ongoing success.
Some of your duties will include:
* Providing quality analytic reports to enable the improvement of service provided to customers
* Producing reliable and accurate information to tight timescales for the management team
* Collecting, manipulating and analysing data to meet corporate information requirements
* Producing reports in various formats, excel spreadsheets, graphs and charts etc. on a weekly basis
* Identifying opportunities to improve general quality of service being provided currently
* Investigating data discrepancies and validating and quality checking data used in compiling reports
