Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in industrial roofing and cladding?
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Estimator to join a leading contractor specialising in industrial sheet cladding and roofing systems, based in Birmingham.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established and growing company working on a variety of commercial and industrial projects across the UK.
The Role:
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for:
* Preparing accurate cost estimates for roofing and cladding projects
* Analysing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
* Sourcing supplier and subcontractor quotes
* Liaising with clients, project managers, and the internal commercial team
* Assisting with bid preparation and post-tender negotiations
* Ensuring all estimates are submitted on time and meet client requirements
