Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Maidstone as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be at the forefront of customer interaction, responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, coordinating routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance, handling queries, and raising invoices for work carried out. An organized approach and a passion for delivering first-class service are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet customers professionally and courteously.
* Manage administrative tasks confidently and efficiently.
* Work independently using initiative.
* Plan, schedule, and coordinate work.
* Create and process job cards, checking for ongoing work.
* Verify account details, available credit, and obtain necessary authorizations.
* Provide timely updates to customers.
* Set and follow through on timescales for unscheduled work.
