Your Role as a Midday Supervisor Assistant: Supervise pupils during lunch breaks, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Promote positive behaviour and encourage friendly, inclusive play. Assist pupils in the dining hall, including queuing, seating, and supporting younger children. Monitor playground areas and help manage pupil interactions. Report any concerns or incidents to senior staff promptly. Work as part of a team to maintain a welcoming, safe environment for all pupils. What You’ll Need: Previous experience working with children (school or childcare setting desirable). A calm, friendly, and approachable manner. Strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative. Patience, reliability, and a genuine interest in supporting young learners.
