Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. This role involves a variety of tasks, including handling coach hire enquiries and bookings, preparing sales invoices, entering purchase invoices, entering bank transactions and providing support to Company Director.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an accounts/bookkeeping role or similar.
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with Sage 50 is preferred but not mandatory.
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing and customer service support is preferred
