Mechanical Supervisor – FM Service Provider – London Liverpool Street – Up to £55,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join an FM Service Provider based
The role combines hands-on technical work with leadership and coordination responsibilities. The successful candidate will spend approximately 50% of their time working directly on the tools, with the remaining 50% focused on day-to-day supervision, planning, and providing technical support to a team of seven engineers.

Call out 1 in 7 Key Responsibilities
Managing a team of seven engineers.
Daily checks, planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems
First response to electrical or system faults across the building
Overseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical components, and general LV infrastructure
Supporting wider facilities operations and escalating where necessary
Coordinating with mobile support team and on-site contractors as needed
Maintaining system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring close-out of all work ordersAbout You
Mechanical qualified C&G Level 2 & 3
Proactive and able to problem-solve quickly
Confident with automated systems and modern building tech
Calm and professional in front of clients and end users
