Project Manager Interior Fit-Out (Kitchens & Bathrooms) Location: Hertfordshire Type: Full-time | Salary: Competitive, DOE We are working with a growing interior fit-out company based in Hertforshire, seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to take ownership of kitchen and bathroom installation projects from start to finish. This role requires someone with a strong background in managing multiple projects, particularly in kitchens and bathrooms, who can take the lead in securing work, planning and packaging projects, and ensuring smooth delivery on-site. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of kitchen and bathroom fit-out projects from client brief and scope through to completion Assist in securing new work through estimating, site visits, and client liaison Prepare and package projects for internal teams and subcontractors, with clear documentation and timelines Coordinate all trades and suppliers on-site, ensuring installations meet design, quality, and safety standards Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules, proactively resolving any issues Requirements: Strong experience managing kitchen and/or bathroom fit-out projects Skilled in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple active jobs Commercially aware, with experience handling budgets and procurement Confident in client-facing situations with a problem-solving mindset Excellent time management and organisational skills Full UK driving licence Whats on Offer: Competitive salary based on experience The opportunity to work on varied and hands-on interior fit-out projects A supportive and growing team with room for progression Travel expenses covered when visiting project sites If you're a practical, delivery-focused Project Manager ready to step into a busy, rewarding role, wed love to hear from you.
