Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where discretion, organisation, and proactive problem-solving are key? We are looking to appoint an Executive Assistant to provide high-quality business and operational support to our Chief Executive. This is a newly created, full-time role, requiring excellent organisational skills, strong judgement, and the ability to manage complex schedules and documentation with professionalism and discretion. You will play a pivotal role in enabling the CEO to optimise their time and focus on strategic priorities. What we are looking for We are looking for someone with proven skills and experience as an Executive Assistant. To succeed in this position, you'll have strong organisational and diary management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. You will be responsible for delivering full executive support to the CEO, including travel, diary and email management, together with the coordination and facilitation of key meetings. With excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation, you will be able to demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality and be confident managing multiple priorities.
