Salary: £36,500 per annum plus service charge and benefits

As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring the highest standards of service, and contributing to the overall success of Fowey Hall. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and the ability to lead a team to success.

We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
* Manage and lead the restaurant team: foster a positive and collaborative work environment, hire and supervise the team, organise rota, ensure payroll is processed, conduct regular training and performance evaluations.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest dining experience: collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and dining areas, address guest concerns, and ensure prompt resolution.
* Oversee day-to-day operations: take ownership of budgets and operational costs, stock and equipment, and implement and uphold health and safety regulations; work closely with hotel management to achieve overall business objectives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in restaurant management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for creating a great team dynamic, where development is a priority.
* Understanding of current industry trends and food safety standards; enthusiasm for hospitality.
* Excellent organisational, multitasking, communication and service skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
